Before me this day personally appeared DOROTHY M.
- WORDEN, who, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the widow of HOWARD E. WORDEN. That. she
was married to HOWARD E. WORDEN at the time conveyance was made
by Warranty Deed recorded in Official Recoid Book 314 at Page
864, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to her
and her husband, HOWARD E. WORDEN, and remained married to him
at all periods since that transfer and all periods until his
death on September S, 1979. Affiant further states that her
' husband, HOWARD E. WORDEN, was. a Florida resident at the time
of his death.
