.ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come to be heard before this Court on the
' Petition. of .the former Wife,. Barbara (h1a . ititcnie, to moai=y c
child support provisions of the Final Judgment dissolving -`the -
marriage of the parties entered in Case No. 70-C-2609 in the
Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, on August.l2, 1970.,
- and it appeared that the former Husb-and has been served with. said
Petition, that a default has been entered against him, that it~
would be in the best interes.ts~of the minor child of the parties
to increase the support-payable by the former Husband for the
- benefit of the said minor child and it further appearing to the
Court that the former Husband is able to afford increased support
payments, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises,. it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. -The default entered herein against the former Husband,
Robert Harold Ritchie is ratified and confirmed.
2. -The said Final Judgment dissolving the marriage of
the parties dated August 12, 1970, is hereby modified and the former
Husband, Robert Harold Ritchie, is hereby ordered to pay to the
former Wife, Barbara Ona Ritchie, as support for the maintenance
of the minor child of the parties, the sum of 350.00 per week.
commencing on the next regularly scheduled payment date after the
date of this Order. -
3. All other findings, terms and provisions of the said
Final Judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties, not
specifically modified herein, shall remain in fu12 force and effect.
