THIS CAUS$ having come on to be heard-on the,l~+th.day o~
January, 1980, and Uoth parties having been present, represented
by Counsel, and the Court .having heard the evidence and finding
it has jurisdiction of the subject muter and of the parties,. -
it is. thereupon
ORD~i$~ and AUTUDG$D:
1. ~I880LUTIONs Than-the bonds of matrimony existing
between PA1~II.YN POZ".i'S SMITH.. and JOS$pH 91~IITH be anti the same
are hereby dissolved,
2. CiT TaDY: That custody of. JA BARI SMITH, the minor
child of the parties is hereby awarded to the fife, PAMLYN
POTTS S1rIITH, and that the_ Husband, JOSSPFi SMITH, shall be
entitled to reasonable visitation-with said child to consist
of two (2) weekends per month from Friday to Sunday; alternate
holidays; and thirty (30)~days during the summer vacation period. _
. That the Husband shall give the i~life reasonable prior notice
to his exercising his visitation privileges during the weekend
and alternate holidays, and fifteen (15) days notice prior to
his exercising his visitation privileges during the sunmrer time.
