PETITION FOR DISCRARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, ae Guardian of the property of TE33IE
SOLOWINSRI, incompetent, alleges:
1, The need for the continuation of this Guardianship no.
longer exists by reason of the fact-that the ward died on January 19,
1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a full
and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of all the
ward's property of which Petitioner has control since the last return
filed herein, which return includes.a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that all interested persons have
been served-notice hereof or have signed waivers,
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
approving all accountings not previously approved and discharging
petitioner as Guardian and releasing the suretp on Petitioner's bond,
if any, from further liabilitq.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
