ORDER
This cause ~ coming on to be heard on the Motion to Dis-
. miss of the Defendants, CBARLBS W. GOODh1IN and the HARTFORD
INSURANCE OOMPANY, and the Motion to Dismiss and/or Strike
and/or for Separate Trials of the Defendants, KAY ONE GROVES, .
LIMITED and TRAVELERS INSURANCE OOMPANY, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motions to Dismiss the
s Second Amended Complaint are granted and plaintiff shall have
twenty (20).days to amend the Second Amended Complaint. The
court reserves ruling. on the Motion for Separate Trials.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUGED that Plaintiff shall
have twenty (20) days to f ile a brief regarding the allowance
of net accumulations in this factual circumstance as an item
of damages after which Defendants shall .have twenty (20) days
to file a responding brief to which the Plaintiff may file a
Reply Brief ten (10) days thereafter.
This cause coming on to be heard on the Motion to Dis-
miss Second Amended Complaint of the Defendant, EULA MAE
ROBINSON, and the court being fully advised in the premises,
it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion is granted and
Plaintiff shall have twenty (20} days to institute proceed-
ings to appoint a personal representative of the estate of
Cleo Robinson.
