THIS CAUSE COMING ON to be heard on the oral motion of
Defendant, DALCAMP, INC., for additional tine to complete preparation
and discovery for trial and the Court hearing argument of counsel
and athezlvise being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is removed from the
