ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing-upon the Wife's petition for
temporary relief, and upon the taking of testimony in open court,
and upon the court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The wife, petitioner, GAIL P. HARDEN, is granted the
temporary care, custody and control of STACY MARIE HARDEN, age 4;
and DAVID PAUL HARDEN,-age 2, the minor children of the parties,
during the pendency of-this action.
2. The husband, TOM F. HARDEN, is ordered to pay the wife the
sum of $35.00 per week per child for the support of said minor
children during the pendency of this action.
DONED ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this /3 day of February, 1980.
