North along-the East boundary of said Lot 11, 130

in Section 34, Township 35 South, Range 40 Bast.

thereof on file in Plat Hook. 3, Paqe 85, of the

WHEREAS, such property was purchased from MORTGAGES by
MORTGAGOR at a total purchase price of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($437,000.00), of which NINETYjSEVEN THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE AND 15/100- Dt?I+I~ARS ($97, 661..15) was paid in cash
at time of closing and the remainiaq balance of the purchase price
was secured by a Mortgage in favor of MORTGAGES and executed by
MORTGAGOR in the principal amount of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($338,675.00), which
Mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 323 at Page 2937 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it was the intention and agreement of MORTGAGOR.
