ORDER -
This Cause having- come before this Court on the 21 at day of January,
1980 upon the Petition of the Wife for Modification of Child Support and upon
the Counter-Petition of the Husband for Modification of Child Support and the-
Court having heard the argument of Counsel and -being otherwise y advised
in the premises and the Court having determined that infiatio s ao an ele-
- went entitled to consideration by the Court in either increasing or decreasing
- an award of child support, and the Court further finding that there has been
no substantial change in the financial condition or the circumstances of the
Parties, and the Court further firming that the present support being paid by
the Respondent Counter-Petitioner Husband is within the proper guidelines con
sidering his present income and the needs of the child, it is therefore
f: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
~ 1. That both the Petition for Modification of Child Support and the
t : Counter-Petition for Modification of Child Support are hereby denied.
2. That the Final Judgment previously entered by this Court on the
1st da of May, 19?5 is affirmed as to the amount of support awarded therein.
