O R D E R
~ This cause coming on to be heard on February 13, 1980 -
on the Wife's .Motion to Amend Final-Judgment, the Husband's and
paternal grandparents' Counter Motion,- and the Husband's and
paternal grandparents' Supplemental Countermotion, and the Court
having heard testimony of each of the parties and their witnesses
and argument of counsel of record for the respective parties, and
the Court being-fully advised in-the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followsa

! 1. The-care, custody and control of the three minor
children, namely, BEC 1!~ARIE YAWN, PAMBLA ANN YAWN, and ROBERT
LEB BALDWIN, is here y ward d to the Husband, DONALD E. YAWN,
with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Wife, BARBARA
A. YAWN. In addition, the Wife shall have the three minor children

€ visit and be with her three weekends each month, being the first,
second and fourth weekends, from six p.m. on Friday until seven
•
p.m. on Sunday, gom~nencing.Friday, Fe ruary 22, 198.0

2. The usband, DONALD E. YAWN, and the three minor
children above named shall have the exclusive use and possession
of the marital home located at 1003 Martinique Avenue, Ft. Pierce,
~ Florida together with the furniture, fixtures and appliances

located therein, and the Wife, BARBARA A. YAWN, shall forthwith

remove herself and her personal effects therefrom, provided the
