Case No. 78-1209 F.R.
Husband has paid to the wife any arrearage in child support
pursuant to the Final Judgment and Orders entered in this cause.
3. .The Husband,;,DONAhD 8. YAWN., ,shall pay. to. the wife, -
BARBARA A. YAwN, the-sum of $150 .each month, commencing Friday,
February 29, 1980 and on the 29th day of each month thereafter for
a period of not more than twelve calendar nwnths,as rehabilitat~~e -
4. Counsel of record for the Wife shall submit to
counsel of record for the Husband an itemized statement for his
services and costa expended in behalf of the wife, and in-the event
counsel for the resgective parties are unable to agree upon the fee
and costs to be paid by the Husband to counsel for the Wife, a
further hearing shall be held before the-Court for a determinativn~
of such fee and costs. ~y
5. The wife's Motion to Amend the Final Judgment be and
the same is hereby denied.
6. Each of the parties is hereby restrained and enjoined
from molesting, harassing, annoying, interfering with or using.
physical violence upon the other; that all and singular the sheriffs
of the State of Florida are directed to render such assistance as
may be necessary in insuring each party's compliance with this
restraining provision of this Order, without further order of this
Court.
7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such urther orders as may be proper.
