AFFIDAVIT FOD TDApSFSk
The affiant, L. MARCELLA 80ARD, of 1O50.Broadview Road,
Tallaadge, Ohio 44278, having been duly sworn says to wit the
following things:
1. That ORVILLB W. BOARD and L. HARCBLLA BOARD (the
affiant), husband and wife, took title to real estate as joint
tenants with light of survivorship and held title continuously
to this real estate since its acquisition.
2. That the deed to the real estate was duly recorded
in the Deeds and Records at Book 197, Page 2781, Clerk Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and is described as:
Situated in the County of~St. Lucie, State of
Florida, Lot 8, flock 1093, Port~St. Lucie
Section 8, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 38A

Florida.
3. That ORVILLB W. BOARD died on April 27, 1979
and that a certified copy of his death certificate is attached
hereto and narked Bahibit A.
4. That at the death of ORVILLB W. BOARD, ORVILLB W.
BOARD and L. MARCELLA BOARD were still husband and wife.
5. That the purpose of thin Affidavit is to transfer
the interest of the deceased, ORVILLS W. BOARD, in said real
estate to L. MARCELLA BOARD, the surviving spouse, pursuant to
her right of survivorship.
