OF ROBERT HEUSTON CALHOUN
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS GAUSS was heard upon the verified petition for adoption
filed in this cause and the consent of the mother of the child
sought to be adopted by the step-parent petitioner, and it
appearing to the Court that the petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the-minor child sought to be adopted and that
the best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption, -
and that the child is suitable for adoption by petitioner,
DOUGLAS C. PERRZNS, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as ROBERT HEUSTON CALHOUN,
born on January 16, 1973, is declared to be the legal child of
the petitioner, DOUGLAS C. PERRINS, and is given the name of
ROBERT HEUSTON PERRINS, by which name he shall hereafter be known,
and it is
ADJUDGED that the child shall be the child and legal heir of

the petitioner, DOUGLAS C. PERRINS, entitled to al-l rights and
privileges, and subject to all obligations of children born to
~ petitioner, DOUGLAS C. PERKINS, in lawful wedlock.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this 15th day of February A.D., 1980.
