The Petitioner, SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as being

Testament of decedent, and Petitioner's address is Post Office Box 8,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and. the name of Petitioner's attorney are
as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent; LUISB DUMAS, whose last known address was
Stuart Convalescent-Center, Poet Office Box 1499, Stuart, Florida 33494,
whose age was 76, and whose social security number is 091-16,9737, died
on October 16, 1979, at Stuart Florida, and at the time of death dece-
dent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida._..
3. So_~ar as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their-addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages
of any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is is this County because de-
cedent was a resident of said County.
5. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose address is Post Of-
fice Box 8, Fort Pierce, Florida, and who is qualified under the laws of
the State of Florida to serve as Personal Representative of decedent's
estate, is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal Representa-
tive by reason of being named and designed as such under the Last Will
and Testament of decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets~in this
