1. That he and his wife W~+IA JOHNSON were the grantees in
that certain warranty deed executed on July 15, 1966, ,and recorded
in O.R. Book 150 at page 498 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein Lots 1, 2, Block 3, Westwood Manor Sub-
division were conveyed to them.
2. That he is one and the same person as the CHARLIE C.
JOHNSON and CHARLIE CORBIN JOHNSON named in those certaim notices

of liens recorded at O.R. Book 234 at page 2438, O.R. Book 235,
page 2108 and O.R. Book 237 page 2482, all to be found in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. _
3. That he is not the saner person as the Charles Johnson
` named in that certain Final Judgment recorded at page 24T page
1139 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That he is not the same person as the Charles Johnson
named in that certain Final Judgment deternaininq paternity and
support recorded at O.R. Book 268 page 2910 -of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
