Before tats the undersigned authority personally appeared
BEATRICE. JOHNSON, who after first being duly sworn did depose
and say:
1. That she has personal knowledge of the facts stated
herein.
2. That she is the grand-daughter of Nary Price and she
knows that Mary Price was continuously married to Berry
Lawrence Price a/k/a B. L. Price from before October 29, 1941
until the date of his death on December 27, 1954, which mar-
riage was not interrupted by divorce, dissolution or in any
other way.
3. That Affiant, who is also known as Willie B. Johnson,
is the mother of Mary Johnson, Carolyn Johnson, William E.
Johnson, Wilhelmia Johnson and Leonard David Johnson.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
