in the office of this Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for. the County of St. Lucia
State of F1srldi, in Officta{ Record Gook 308 Page 395 granted and conveyed
unto SUNSWtST SERiIiCE CORPOMTION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION and assigns, the premises
therein particuiarly described, to secure the payment of the sum of---------------
Two Hundred seventy Five Thousand and NO/100-----(275,000.00)-~-•--------DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation
requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION to release
the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from
the lien and operation of said Mortgage:-
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, ~~t=IORIJA CORPORATION,
as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and
valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation

remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of
said mortgage unto the said- Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida
Corporation
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, beiny a-part of the •
premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:'
Lot 8, Block 1, RAINTREE FOREST, an unrecorded plat
BEGINNING at a point that is 30 feet South of and 75 feet East of the
Northwest corner of Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida; thence run S 890 34' 46" E, parallel to the
North line of said Section 33, a distance of 150:30 feet; thence S 020
27' 15" W, parallel to the-West line of said Section 33, a distance
of 615.42 feet, to the point of curvature of a radially tangent curve;
thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve being concave to the
Northeast, having a radius of 160.00 feet; a delta of 680 53' 00", an
err distance of.192.36 feet; thence tangent to said curve S 66° 25' 45"
E, a distance 111.00 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue
S 66° 25' 45" E, a distance of 137.00 feet; thence S 230 34' 15" W, a
distance of 164 feet, more or less to the North shore of the St. Lucie
River (Canal No. 71); thence meandering the said North shore in a
Northwesterly direction, a distance of 137 feet, more or less; thence
N 230 34' 15" E, 154 feet,more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances,~unto the said
Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
