WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Take notice that FRANKLIN A. HARRIS and VALERIE V.
HARRIS, his wife, did on the day of February, 1980,
institute a suit against Clifford G. Royer, Daryell Royer and
Gail Royer, his wife, in the Circuit Court, in and for the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, ~.nvolvinq certain real
estate lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The East 65 feet of the West 800 -feet of:~ Lot 38 ,
~MARAVILLA GARDENS, as per plat thereof in Plat Book 6,
page 55, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
and. by said suit ,seeks to foreclose an agreement for deed covering
said premises for principal, interest, attorney's fees, court
costs and such other costs and expenses as may be allowed by.
the Court, said agreement for deed being recorded in Official Record
Book 231 at page 1716 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
