the devise made by Item Tvo of the Last Will and Testassent bf.the said
JA1~3S L. POWBLL, deceased, of Douglas County, Georgia, said Will and
Testament being duly probated in solesrn fog in the Probate Court of
- Douglas County, Georgia.
Said Item Two reads as follow, to-wit:
ITBM TWO
"I -give, bequeath and devise unto- my rife,
SALLY L. POWELL, all of my property of every kind
and character and wheresoever situated which I may
own at the time of my death, or over which I may
have the power of appointment, to be hers absolutely
in FEE SII~LB."
~ Now therefore, this assent is gives in order for the title to the
following real estate to pass to the devisee, SALLY L. POWELL, said real
estate being described as follows, to-wit:.

page 10, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
This assent is made wader the vrovisions of Section 113-801 et.
sea. of the Code of Georgia to Hass title to the devisee. SALLY L.
POWELL. named in said Will.
All debts of said estate have now been fully vaid. satisfied. and
discharged including funeral eaoeasea and other eaveases incurred as a
result of the last illness of the said JAMS L. POWSLL
