FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come upon joint motion for the entry
of the Final Judgment made by the plaintiff and the defendant
set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court that
the parties were authorized to enter into such motions and
the Court finding that the compensation to be paid by the
plaintiff is full, just and reasonable for all parties
concerned, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is therefore,
ORERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendant JOHN 8. NOELRE,
owner of Parcel 114, does have and recover of and frodn the
plaintiff the sum of $110,000 in full payment for the property
designated as Parcel 114 taken and damages resulting to the
remainder, if less than the entire property was taken, and
for all other damages of any nature connected with this
cause, it is further
ORDERED that attorneys fees and costs will be deter-
mined by this Court at a hearing to be set upon motion, and
it is further
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay
• to the Defendant JOHN H. NOELKE, Owner of Parcel 114, $47,000
. constituting the aforesaid $110,000 less the sum of $63,000
heretofore paid to the above-named defendant and it is further
