Corporation, having its principal place of business at tlii South
Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida, by and through its undersigned duly
authorised attorney, who being fist duly sworn, says that pursuant. to
ARTICLE V of the DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS dated the
21st February, 1978 and recorded in Official Record Book 283, at Page
691 of the Public Records of St. Lucia County, Florida, there are
monthly assessments due for the following periods: 1978, 1979, and
1980, on the following described real property:
Lot 15, Block 2928, PORT ST. LUCIE FORTY-ONE according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15 at Page
35 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
which property is owned by GEORGE BOYLE and LUCILLE T. BOYL,1F.whose interest
in such real property is .fee simple.
They further say that said assessments are. delinquent and past
due since September 1, 1978, and there is unpaid on the same the sum of
TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY ($280.00) DOLLARS plus interest at the rate of Seven

(7$) per cent per annum from the date of delinquency, for which amount
they hereby claim a lien on the real property herein described.
