O R D E R
Defendant, GEORGE E. CARTER d/b/a BOWEN WATER CONDITIONING
SERVICE and STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY, having moved the
Court for an Order directing the Clerk of the Court to issue
a commission to take a deposition out-of-state, and it is
appearing to the~Court that the same is necessary or convenient for
. -the prosecution of this action, it is
ORDERED, that the Clerk shall issue a commission to
Chapacy, Giblin & Hanson, Certified Court Reporters, 1000 City
National Bank Building, Detroit, Michigan, 42886, upon oral exam- -
ination by counsel for the respective parties or-, such ixiterrog-
stories add cross-interrogatories as the parties shall agree
upon or shall hereafter be approved by this Court, and it is
further
ORDERED, that counsel for the respective parties
shall be notified in writing of the time and place of examination,
and that the testimony given thereat shall be reduced to writing,
signed by the witness, sealed, certified by the examiner and
delivered to this Court by mail, and it is further
ORDERED, that a copy of this Order shall be annexed
to said commission.
