the Motion to Withdraw-of POMEROY, BETTS & WIEDERHOLD as counsel
of record for Mr. Charles Bloehm, and the Court, having heard
the argument of counsel~and~being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that:
1. The Motion to Withdraw be-and the same is hereby
granted.
