THIS CAUSE came before-the court on Croasdefendant,
ALLSTATE's, Motion to Dismiss the Crossclaim for Declaratory
Relief of Crossclaimant, ROBERT ROTH d/b/a ANIMALS OF
DISTINCTION, f/u/b/o WESTERN WORLD INSURANCE COMPANY, the
court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that~ALLSTATE's Motion to Dismiss
for failure to join aan interested party, namely, the Plaintiffs,
is hereby granted. It is
FURTHER•ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all other Motions to

~ Dismiss relative to the Crossclaim for Declaratory Relief are
hereby denied.

~ Crossclaimant, ROBERT ROTH d/b/a ANIMALS OF DISTINCTION,
f/u/b/o WESTERN WORLD INSURANCE COMPANY shall have twenty (20)
days from the date of this Order within which to amend its
Crossclaim for Declaratory. Relief.
