ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
motion of defendant ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY to dismiss
plaintiffs' amended complaint in this action, the argument
of counsel having been heard and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Dismiss is hereby denied pursuant to
the authority of Isaacs vs. Powell, 267 So. 2d 864 (2d DCA, 1972).
2. Plaintiffs are hereby granted leave to amend their
complaint within ten (10) days from February 18, 1980, if they
wish to include a count sounding inn ligence.
