THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the Plaintiff ' _
otion to Add Defendant, Plaintiffs' Motion to Amend. Amended
Complaint, and Defendants' Motion to Continue and the Court
being fully advised in the premises and the Plaintiffs having
been represented by counsel who was. present at this hearing,
and all Defendants having been present at the hearing, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiffs' Motion to Add Defendant and Plaintiffs'
otion to Amend Amended Complaint are hereby granted.
E 2. Defendants' Motion to Continue is hereby granted and
the trial shall be set after Notice for Trial or Motion for
Trial is made by either Plaintiff or Defendants after the
cause is at issue.
