A parcel of land in Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 24, Township
37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southeast
corner of said Section 24, bear North 89 degrees 55 minutes 00
seconds West along the South line of said Section a distance of
965.65 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 0 degrees 54
minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 200 feet; thence South 71
degrees 02 minutes 24 seconds West a distance of 354 feet more or
less to the waters of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River; thence
Southeasterly along the waters of the North Fork of the St. Lucie
' River to the intersection with the South line of said Section 24; -
thence South 89 degrees -SS minutes 00 seconds-East along said line,
a distance of 240 feet more. or less to the Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress, egress, access, drainage and
utilities over, across, on and under the Easterly fifty-five (55')
feet thereof in favor of the record owners of the lots contained
in the Plat of THE PLANTATIONS,to berecorded in the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon which easement a private paved
road will be constructed and which grantees agree to assume and
share in one-sixth (1/6th) of all the costs and expenses of main-
taining said easement and private road so long as it remains
private..
Further, by acceptance of. this Deed, grantees join in with grantors
and consent to the platting of this property as Lot 1 of THE
PLANTATIONS.
Subject also to the restrictive covenants~i~hich shall inure to and
run with the land described herein, as set out on Exhibit "B"
attached to Warranty Deed from Collins to Ulano, recorded this date
