sale,- the Defendant and all persona claiming by, under or against
him since the filing of this Final Judgment are foreclosed of all .

shall be led into possession of the property.
4, Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further Orders as are proper, including without limitation, writs
of assistance -and deficiency judgment.
