JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon _
the Plaintiffs' Motions for Judgment on the.Pleadings and to
Strike the Answer of WILLIE WILLIAMS, and the Court, having
heard the agreements and stipulations of counsel, that Judgment
may enter with certain reservations, and the Court, having
considered the same and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is now, upon consideration, found as follows:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and of the subject matter of this .suit.
2. That all the material allegations of
the Complaint are supported by the proofs and the equities
are with the Plaintiffs.
3. That the Plaintiffs, EMMA LOUISE FOXX, GRACE
PRYOR, BERTHA M. KELLY, and ANNA B. HEPBURN, and the Defendants,
JAMES-BRANTLEY, FLOSSIE MAE JACKSON,-RUTH BUTLER, and LILLIE
BETHA, are together the .owners in fee of the property described
in the Complaint, to-wit:
The west 43 feet of the North 150 feet of
Lot 8, WALLACE'S SUBDIVISION, according to the
Plat thereof in Plat-Book 3, Page 82, of the
Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
and that each one of them is the owner of an undivided one-
~ eighth interest (1/8) therein, at the date of the filing of
the Complaint and Lis Pendens filed herein.
