HEPBURI~i, are entitled _ to partition of the above-described real property as in their Complaint demanded. 5. That the property described in the Complaint is not divisible in kind. 6. That the Defendant, WILLIE J. WILLIAMS, $R., has been acting as an agent for the Plaintiffs and/or the Defendants, in collecting rents from the real property described in the Complaint of the Plaintiffs, in paying bills-for the same and rendering periodic accounts. 7. That the Plaintiffs are entitled to an accounting from the Defendant, WILLIE J. WILLIAMS, 9R. WHEREUPON, it is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows: ` 1. The real property described in the Complaint to wit: The west 43 feet of the North I50 feet of Lot WALLACE'S SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, in Plat Book 3, Page 82, of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida. shall be partitioned; 2. The Court hereby reserves ruling and Order as to the judicial sale of said property, to allow the parties time to effectuate a private sale; retaining, however, juris- diction to Order such a sale upon further Njotion of any of the parties to set a date for judicial sale; and it is FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this Court reserves ruling and obtains jurisdiction to determine entitlement and amount of Attorneys' Fees .for. counsel for . that Willie~~ J: = Nillia~s, ~ Br: shall any and all~of the parties, and costs;~provide a full and adequate accounting from the time he commenced collecting rents after the closure of the estate of Ella Brantley to the date hereof; and it is -2- 8p R~II~ P!G~~
