ORDER .
This matter coming on for hearing before the court, evidence
being taken and argument had, the court finds that:
1. The landlord entered onto the premises for the protec-
tion of the premises pursuant to Florida law.
2. That the door had been left open by the tenant.
3. That the tenant has an adequate remedy at law.
It is, therefore, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the temporary injunction previously entered is
hereby dissolved.
2. The defendant may withdraw the attachments"to the Answer
filed herein and'substitute copies therefor.
DONE AND ORDERED in Cha at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida this day of February, 1980.
