ORDER
After due notice by or to all parties affected, a
hearing was held before the Court on February 11, 1980, with
respect to the matters disposed of by this Order. Upon
consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Protective
Order and Motion to Terminate or Limit Examination, filed herein
by the Defendant, ALBERT L. DANGLER, is granted to the extent
that he shall not be required to present himself for
deposition in St. Lucie County, Florida; the Plaintiff shall
a have the right to take the deposition of the Defendant, ALBERT
L. DANGLER, in the County of his residence. It is,
~ FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court reserves
ruling on the Motion for ComQ?On Law Judgment and Writ of
Execution filed herein by the Plaintiff and counsel shall have
ten (10) days from the date of .this Order in which to file
memoranda in support or opposition to said Motion.
