FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come upon joint motion for the entry
of the Final Judgment made by the plaintiff and the defend$nt
set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court that
the parties were authorized to enter into such motions and
the Court finding that the compensation to be paid by the
plaintiff is full, just and reasonable for all parties con-
: cerned, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
} it is therefore,
ORERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendants THEODORE NOELRE
and OLIVIA A. NOELRE, his wife, owners of Parcel 119 do~have
and recover of and from the plaintiff the sum of $68,000.00
in full payment for the property designated as Parcel 119
taken and damages resulting to the remainder, if less than
the entire property was taken, and for all other damages of
any nature connected with this cause, it is further

ORDERED that attorneys fees and costs will be deter-
mined by this Court at a hearing to be set upon motion, and
it is further
r' ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay
to the Defendants THEODORE NOELRE and OLIVIA A. NOELRE, his
E wife, Owners of Parcel 119, $46,291.00 constituting the afore-
said 68 000 less the sum of 21 709.00 heretofore id to the
