Section 11. Signs. The aiae aad design of any sign dis-
played to public view on any lot shall be subject to approval
by the Architectural Review Comaaittee.
Section 12. Pets. No animals, birds or fowl shall be kept

or maintained on any part of the property except dogs, cats
and pet birds, which must be kept thereon in reasonable nuaa-
hers as pets for the pleasure and use of the occupants but not
for any conmaercial use or purpose. All pets must be kept under
control at all times and must not become a nuisance by barking
or other acts. All pets must be on a leash or restraint when
off their premises.
Section 13. Boarding Up. There shall be no "boarding up"
while houses are vacant for a long period of. time. There shall
be allowed storm protection only in the event of and during the
period of time of a stoma likely to cause damage to the house.
Section 14. Topography. There shall be no change in the
topography of the lot either for .construction or landscaping
without permission of-the Architectural Review Committee, it

Section 15. Window Air Conditioning Units. No window or
wall air conditioning units shall be permitted except that a
window or wall air conditioning unit may be permitted at the
rear of an attached garage so long as such unit is hidden from
public view.
Section 16. Outside Mechanical Equipment. All mechanical
equipment situate outside any home, such as but not limited to,
water softeners, pumps and swimming pool filtering equipment,
shall be screened from view by an appropriate fence, structure,
