(c) Actual samples of all materials such as roofing, siding ~ brick, etc., as well as all exterior color schemes must be submitted for approval. (d) Soil test results with appropriate foundation design. (e) No building or structure, except approved fences, gates or entrances or landscaping shall be erected .or placed on any lot closer than 25 feet from the-front and rear property lines, nor closer than 15 feet from the side .lot lines, unless approved by the Architectural Review Committee. 4. Builder and Construction Approval. All builders or contractors - must be approved by the Architectural Review Co~mnittee.
