That on the 26th day of November, 1979, an Order was entered requiring the Defendants to comply with Plaintiff's Request to Produce and Request for Admissions. 2. That the Defendants have refused, or otherwise failed to comply with said Order, and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion to Tax Costs and for Attorney's Fee is hereby granted, and the Defendants shall pay to RALPH L. FLOWERS, Esquire, the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS 0250.00) as a reasonable attorney's fee arising out of this matter, and the said sum shall be paid within thirty (30) days from the-date of this Order.
