THIS CAUSE came onto be heard upon: ,a Motion For Relief Under
Rule 1.380 filed by the Plaintiff herein, and the Court finds and
determines:
1. That. on the 26th day of November, 19~~j, an Order was
entered requiring Defendants to comply with a Request for Admissions
and a Request to Produce filed by the Plaintiff.
2. That further, the Defendants have failed, or otherwise,
refused to comply with said Order end that Defendants have not
appealed from said Order;
and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
.ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion be end the same
is hereby granted, end that all pleadings heretofore filed by the
Defendants herein be and the same are hereby stricken, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED, that a default be and the same
is hereby entered against said Defendants.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers in 3t. Lucie County, Fort Pierce,
