THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the
fendant's Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike and both
ounsel having been present and the Court having been fully
dvised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendants Motion to Dismiss is granted and the
laintiff shall have ten (10) days within which to amend
is Complaint and the Defendant shall thereafter have twenty
(20) days from the date of service to file his responsive
leadings.
2. The Defendant's Motion to Strike is granted.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort. Pierce, St.Lucie County, Florida
