fox Writ of Mandamus, argument of counsel be~,ng heard and the

court being advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDEREp and ADJUDGED that the Petition for writ of
Mandamus be and the same is hereby granted and Respondents are
hereby ordered to provide for examination at any reasonable
time or times, but within fifteen (15) days from the date of
this Order, _ all x~e~.evant books and records of accounts, Minutes
and records of shareho7.ders and Balance Sheets and Profit and
Loss Statements, including au$ited financial returns for the
fiscal year 1977 and a~,l data for the fiscal year 1978 and
al], other wzxtten material presently in their possession or
in the possession of any firm or individual under their direction
and control, any records accuxataiy displaying the financial
condition and affairs for the Respondent corporation and the
resu~.ts of ~.ts operations for the fiscal years of 1976, 1977,
],978 and ].979 to the date of this Order= it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioner shall have the
right to make copies of said records, at his own expense; it is
