ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come up upon the above Stipulation of
counsel and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion to Amend is
granted and the Amended Complaint attached thereto is allowed, and
HOME INDEMNITY COMPANY shall have 20 days from the date of
this Order to answer said Amended Complaint.
