ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Defendants',
GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION, ED MORSE CHEVROLET, INCORPORATED,
JOHN JOCH$M CHEVROLET, INCORPORATED, JAMES MONEY, and GLADES
EQUIPMBNT COMPANY, Motions to Dismiss, and the Court having con-
sidered argu><aent of counsel, upon consideration, it is thereupon
ORDERED that said Motions to Dismiss, filed by the-above
named defendants, are hereby granted as to Counts II, III and IV
of the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint, said dismissal being with
prejudice and therefore, without leave to amend as to Count IV,
but the Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date of
this Order within which to file a Second Amended Complaint as to
all but Count IV of the Amended Complaint. In addition, the
Plaintiff's oral motion to amend the Amended Complaint to add a
Count for rescission is hereby granted.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
