THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Defendant's Motion to
Dismiss the Amended Complaint and the Court having made the deter-
mination that when a person goes into a drugstore for a prescription,
the prescription supplied is a product and because in this case
Coumadin is alleged to be an inherently dangerous product, accordingly
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss
is denied and the Defendant shall have ~ ~ days to answer
the Complaint.
