All fixtures and articles. of personal. property now or at any tame
hereafter attached to or used in any way in connection with the
use, operation or occupancy of the premises hereinafter described,
and any .and all buildings thereon or to be erected thereon, includ-
ing but not by way of limitation all building materials and equipment
now Qr hereafter delivered to the premises and intended to be
therein installed, signs, plumbing, heating and lighting apparatus,
mantels,-.floor coverings, furniture and furnishings of every
type, nature and description whatsoever, draperies, screens,
storm windows and doors, awnings, shades, venetian blinds, shades,
plants, planters, tanks, machinery, stoves, gas andelectric
ranges, wall cabinets, appliances, furnaces, dynamos, motors,
elevators and elevator machinery, escalators and escalator
machinery, radiators, and all kitchen and laundry equipment,
refrigerators, air conditioning, incinerating and sprinkling
and other fire prevention or extinguishing equipment of whatsoever
kind and nature (and in case such fixtures and articles are
subject to the lien of a conditional sales contract, chattel
mortgage or any other security intei~at, including any deposits
or payments heretofore or hereait~r made with respect thereto),
together with any and all additia~is thereto and replacements
therefore, and all present and future leases, rents and pmfits
connected with or derived from said premises; said premises
being a parcel of land lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Comaence at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 8, Township 35 South, Range 40 East and run North
00°07'19" West along said quarter quarter line a distance of
321.13 feet; thence S 89°55'36" West, 30.00 feet to a Point
of Beginning on the West right-of-way of 29th Street; thence
S 89°55'36" West, 400.O~i feet; thence N 00°04'22" East
312.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence N 89°55'36" East,
398.98 feet to a concrete monument on the West rightrof-way
of 29th Street; thence S 00°07'19" East, along said right-
of-way, 312.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
