WITNESSETH: That the Grantor(s), for and in consideration of
the aura of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee(s), all that certain
land situate in St. Inc~.e County, Florida, to-wit:

MARAVILLA GARDENS, Unit One, as per Plat thereof
recorded in-Plat Book 6, Page 55, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
SUBJECT TO a life estate in said real property and
improvements thereon vested in JUSTINE BLOUTN ASHER.
TOGETHER with any tenements, hereditaments and arr::rt:::a::ce
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the said Grantor(s) does hereby covenant to and with the
Grantee(s), his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary
to and in and about said sale and this conveyance, the Orders of
the Circuit Court for t. ucie County, Florida, and
the laws of the State o or ave en o owed and complied with
in all respects.
AND the said Grantor(s) hereby fully warrants the title to said
