ASHBR, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on December 19, 1978, and Letters of Administration were issued to peLitioiler t33Z January 10,.1979. - 2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the .commencement of administration of .this estate, or since the date ~f tine last accounting filed rczci::. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that were vresented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all expenses of administration. 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this°Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. 5. Petitioner has made or proposed to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distri- bution attached hereto as Exhibit A. 6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are: HENRY ASHI3R, 1432 Tuley Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45015; CARLO ASHER, Route 3, Manchester, Kentucky 40962; LOLIA ASHER, Route 3, Manchester, Kentucky 40962. A fourth devisee, LILIA ASHER, is deceased. Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof has been presented that distribution has been made in accordance with the 800K~ t~CE~~i~ -
