PARMAN, Guardian of the property anS - person of $DNA L..GnNICEL, and Petitions this Court as follows: 1. That Petitioner is a duly appointed Guardian of the person and property of the ward, BDNA L. GnNRBL. 2. That due to_the mental_and physical health of the ward, it has been ,necessary to place her in faster Manor Nursing Home in Fort Pierce, Florida. 3. That in order to maintain her in said nursing home it is necessary for the home-owned by the ~rard to be sold in order that f E the proceeds~of the sale can be used to pay for the. monthly nursing ~ home service. 4. That your Petitioner has obtained an appraisal of the value of the home owned by the ward which is located at 304 South Fifteenth Street, Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.. Said legal description being the northerly 20 feet of Lot 20 and southerly 46 feet of Lots 23 and 24, Cobbs Park Terrace. A copy of said appraisal is attached hereto and made a part hereof. -5. That your Petitioner will attempt to obtain the best price possible in the sale of said home and believes it to be in the best interest of the ward for this Court to authorize the Guardian to enter into a Contract For Sale And Purchase of said home for a price not less than $1,000.00 under the appraised value of the home. -i- BOOII`~ ~16E~?~eA~
