PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner, RONALD PAUL WHITLEY, E9~UIRE, as Guardian of the -

property of DORIS J. O'SULLIVAN, an incompetent, respectfully alleges;
1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain property, which
Petitioner desires to -sell, described as follows:
Lots 6 and 7., .Block 1, Corona Dei Rio, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 43, of the
Public Records of Martin County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necessary to sell the

property described above for the following reason:
A. That the subject property is an unproductive asset in the
Estate of the incompetent and the proceeds therefrom can be better invested
for the support of the incompetent.
~ B. That efforts are being made to return the incompetent to the
~ ~ State of. New York to enable her to be closer to her family. To that e~ the
{
~ retention of the aforementioned unproductive property should be converted to
amore readily convertible and saleable asset.
3. Petitioner desires to sell the property to DAVID R. MCKNIGHT a
DIANNE D. MCKNIGHT, his wife for $9, 500..00, and on the following terms.
A' copy of the Contract for Sale and Purchase is submitted herewith,
as Exhibit A and a copy of the appraisal as Exhibit B.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered authoriz-
ing to sell the above-described property on the conditions and terms set forth
