The Board of .Directors of Sea Palms Condominium,

approval of seventy five (75$) of the. unit owners -
of Sea Palms Condominium Association hereby amends
Article VIII as follows:
The number of members of the succeeding Boards
of Directors shall be seven (7).
The President is directed to take all necessary
action to effectuate said change.
This change amends the Articles of Incorporation of
Sea Palms Condominium Association Inc. as recorded
in O.R. Book 280, Page 2656, St. Lucie County Public
Records.
