Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreeaeent wfth Grantor hereby
expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with all of the-
covenants, terms, conditions and provLsions~ set forth and contained in the
aforedescribed Declaration of Condominium, including, but not limited to, the
obligation to make payment of assessments for the maintenance -and operation
of the Condaminiuoi which may be levied against the above described Apart-
ment. Grantee expressly acknowledges the existence "4f a Settlement Stipule-
tion and A~ree~ment for and Grant of Easements and Other Rights (the "~ettie-
went Stipulation") and 'a Dedaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions
(ths "Protective Covenants"), as hereinafter set forth. The Settle~raent Stipu-
lation provides for this Condominium to be .served by certain fac#lities of High
Point of Fort Pierce Condominium Section 1 and the Protective Covenants
provides for certain land use covenants upon the land areas described therein •
(including, but not lianited to, pordons of the land -areas included within this
Condominium) and provides foar certain drainage easements and other ease-
