and beneficiaries under the Will of said decedent. Petitioners' names

• and DONALD D. ROEDERER, 2875 Chesfied Dr., Columbus, Ohio, and the
name and address of Petitioners' attorneys are as set forth at the
end Qf this petition. -
2. Decedent, ROBERT A. ROEDERER, whose-last known address was
1735 N.E-. 2nd St., Ocala, Florida died on October 4, 1978, at Ocala,
Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in Marion
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
